Its mission is to promote Taiwan\u2019s private equity investment industry, strengthen the private equity investment environment,\u00a0and promote the\u00a0unity\u00a0and\u00a0the common\u00a0interests of the engagements and coordination.<\/li>\n \t<li>To establish committees on subjects of concern and handle matters concerning healthy development of the committees.<\/li>\n \t<li>To assist in arranging and organizing activities to promote interactions and networking of the international private equity community.<\/li>\n \t<li>To assist in implementation, research and recommendations of government economic policies and commercial laws.<\/li>\n \t<li>To strengthen interactions and cooperation with related investment industries.<\/li>\n \t<li>To enhance public understanding and participation in the private equity investment industry.<\/li>\n \t<li>To facilitate exchanges of professional knowledge and investment opportunities among private equity investors.<\/li>\n \t<li>To assist in mediation of disputes among practitioners of the industry.<\/li>\n \t<li>To develop basic information of members and member representatives, and conduct ad hoc surveys.<\/li>\n \t<li>To handle matters concerning members or social welfare undertakings.<\/li>\n \t<li>To handle matters concerning the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of members.<\/li>\n \t<li>To handle matters concerning undertaking services entrusted by government agencies and groups.<\/li>\n \t<li>Other matters mandated by laws and
