      The Taiwan Private Equity Association was established in response to the industry\u2019s long-standing aspiration for a more institutionalized development framework, and has gradually evolved into a representative platform for the sector. As the government advances major initiatives such as the Trillion-Dollar Investment Plan and the Asia Asset Management Center policy, the role of the Association has become increasingly pivotal. It now serves as a key platform for integrating long-term private capital and aligning market participation with national development priorities.<\/span><\/p>

      At present, the Association\u2019s membership comprises a broad range of major financial holding companies and venture capital institutions. This breadth enables the Association to consolidate industry consensus and to act as an important bridge between public policy and market practice.<\/span><\/p>

      The Association continues to play a central role in connecting capital, markets, and industrial development. It is committed to strengthening Taiwan\u2019s private equity ecosystem, enhancing the functionality of the capital market, and supporting the nation\u2019s overall economic and industrial upgrading.<\/span><\/p>

      Going forward, the Association will continue to advance the following policy priorities:<\/span><\/p>

      Aligning with national investment strategies
      <\/b>The Association will actively support the Trillion-Dollar Investment Plan by guiding private capital toward key industries and long-term infrastructure projects, thereby strengthening national competitiveness.<\/span><\/p>

      Encouraging diversified capital participation in private equity
      <\/b>The Association will promote broader participation by both domestic and international capital, expand market scale and depth, and strengthen overall investment momentum.<\/span><\/p>

      Supporting private equity investment in corporate growth and transformation
      <\/b>The Association will encourage private equity funds to engage in growth-stage investments, mergers and acquisitions, and pre-IPO financing, assisting enterprises in strengthening corporate governance, competitiveness, and international development.<\/span><\/p>

      Advancing professional talent development and international exchange
      <\/b>The Association will enhance training for private equity professionals, deepen international cooperation and exchange, and maintain close communication with relevant authorities to support policy formulation and effective implementation.<\/span><\/p>

      Refining the limited partnership framework and supporting mechanisms
      <\/b>The Association will put forward recommendations on the limited partnership regime and related regulatory and tax measures, responding to market\u00a0 practice and promoting the sound and sustainable development of the private equity industry.<\/span><\/p>
